Cookie Policy

Cookies are small text files a website places on your device to make it work, work more efficiently, or remember certain information about your visit.

These are required for Raven to function and cannot be turned off — they are never set based on the cookie banner:

• Authentication and session cookies: when you sign in, essential cookies (managed by our authentication provider, Supabase) keep you logged in as you move around the site. Without them, you would have to sign in on every page.

When you visit withraven.net, a cookie banner asks whether you accept analytics cookies. If you click Accept, we load Google Analytics, which sets cookies to measure aggregate site usage — pages visited, approximate region, device and browser type. It does not see your uploaded photos, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles. If you click Decline (or simply close the banner), Google Analytics never loads and no analytics cookies are set.

You can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser’s cookies/site data for withraven.net, which brings the banner back on your next visit.

To run the Service, a few processors may set their own cookies:

• Supabase (authentication) — essential cookies required to manage your secure login session.
• Paddle (payments) — essential cookies used to run secure checkout when you subscribe, needed to process payment and activate your account.
• Google Analytics — optional cookies, only set after you accept the cookie banner (see section 3).

Their cookie use is governed by their own respective privacy and cookie policies.

To be clear about what we don’t do, Raven does not use:

• Third-party advertising or ad-retargeting cookies — no ad-targeting; your activity is not shared with advertisers.
• Cross-site tracking pixels (for example, a Meta/Facebook pixel).

Use the cookie banner shown on your first visit to accept or decline analytics cookies. Most browsers also let you control cookies from their settings (often under “Options” or “Preferences”) — you can block cookies or ask to be alerted when one is set.

Please note: strictly necessary cookies cannot be disabled without breaking core functionality — you would not be able to sign in, manage your account, or complete a purchase. Declining or blocking analytics cookies never affects these.

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time and will post any changes on this page.
